Early or late arrivals by arrangement only.
Please have your ID or passport ready. If you paid online, bring the same card used for the deposit.

Weekdays: 07:30 to 08:30
Weekends: 08:00 to 09:00
Breakfast is served downstairs and offered exclusively to staying guests.

Parking Access
Secure on-site parking is available.

House Guidelines
• No smoking indoors. Smoking areas are in the garden and patio.
• No pets.
• Please switch off lights and appliances when leaving; we use solar power.
• Activate the water pump by flushing before showering.
• Towels hung up will be reused; towels on the floor will be replace
Laundry
Laundry service available at R150 per load.
Place items in the laundry bag and leave it on your bed before 09:00 for same-day return.
An iron and ironing board are in your cupboard.

Cancellation Policy
0–7 days before arrival: 100% of total booking
8–14 days before arrival: 50% of deposit
15–21 days before arrival: 25% of deposit
22–30 days before arrival: no charge

Safety
In case of fire, alert the manager and move to the parking area.
